The embroidery has all been sewn by hand & features green clover leaves also known as shamrocks, and on the back left side is a picture of a wooden spinning wheel.
I wonder if the clover leaves could be symbolic of Ireland?
They're beautifully sewn on butter soft cotton lawn, which has a hemstitched hem.
The front is open, but if you would like it to have extra ties or buttons added, this is an option & we'll do that for free, just add a note at checkout.
Care: All of our pieces can be machine washed, but we recommend that you pop them inside a drawstring fabric washbag, or pillowcase with a hair tie to keep it closed, to keep them safe against other clothing, and gentle handwashing is the best method for longevity.
